Embark's enforcement policy for Arc Raiders explicitly prohibits account boosting, alongside account sharing, cheating, and exploit abuse, with penalties running from temporary suspensions to permanent, non-appealable hardware bans for serious cases. We still offer Squad Carry, but the risk sits with Embark's policy, not just ours.

No. You stay on your own account for the whole session. One of our pros joins your raid party as a separate squadmate on their own account, so it's a teammate helping you play, not someone else playing for you.

Arc Raiders caps parties at three. Order Squad Carry as a duo (you plus one pro), or if you're already playing with a friend, we can fill the third slot as a trio.

We keep sessions clean: no exploits, no cheats, no account access beyond you staying logged into your own account. That lowers the risk, but Squad Carry is still boosting under Embark's policy, so the risk from their side isn't zero. Worth knowing before you book.

Orders are fulfilled by hand, so timing depends on the game, the order size and availability. Once you've paid, open a Discord ticket and we'll lock in a hand-off time with you.

If a supplier can't complete an order, we tell you and refund you in full to your original payment method. If an order you've paid for hasn't arrived, contact us at admin@getrankd.gg or on Discord and we'll either fulfil it or refund it. You won't need to chase us.

All orders are charged in AUD. Any other currency shown before checkout, like USD, is an estimate at today's exchange rate, not the amount you pay. The real AUD total is always shown again right before you do.
