How it works

After checkout, join our Discord and open a Delivery ticket.
Accept the friend request our operator sends to the in-game account you entered.
Our operator meets you in a raid and drops the items.
Pick them up and extract. Once you're out, they're yours.

Only Guaranteed extract replaces items you lose before extracting. Without it, extract as soon as you have them, or leave through a Raider Hatch, an exit that opens with a Raider Hatch Key.

About Quick-use Items

What ARC Raiders quick-use items do

Quick-use items are the tools and consumables you reach for mid-raid. Healing items restore health, recharge your shield or top up stamina. Grenades, traps and mines deal damage to Raiders and ARC, or throw out smoke and distractions.

Gadgets and utility items

Gadgets are single-purpose tools, from detectors and cameras to the Photoelectric Cloak and the Snap Hook. Utility items like the Zipline help you scout, block paths or get out of a fight.

Why buy quick-use items instead of crafting them

Most quick-use items are crafted from materials at a workbench, and the better ones need blueprints and upgraded benches. Buying the exact items you're short of gets you stocked up for the next raid without farming for parts.

Before you buy

How does an item I buy reach me?

Our operator adds you as a friend in game, joins your raid and drops your order. Pick it up and extract, and it's yours.

What if I die before I extract?

Anything you're carrying is lost, like any loot, unless your order has Guaranteed extract. That replaces whatever in your order you lose before you get out. Each product page shows whether it's included or an add-on.

Can I buy items on PS5 or Xbox?

Yes. ARC Raiders has crossplay across PC, PS5 and Xbox, so our operator can join your raid as long as crossplay is switched on in your settings.

How do you hand over a large order?

Over several raids. Our operator drops your items on the ground for you to pick up, and you extract with each batch until your whole order is with you.

Why is there a minimum order?

Every order is one hand-off in a raid, however small. The A$3.25 minimum keeps that worthwhile, and any mix of items on the page counts towards it.
