How it works
After checkout, join our Discord and open a Delivery ticket.
Accept the friend request our operator sends to the in-game account you entered.
Our operator meets you in a raid and drops the items.
Pick them up and extract. Once you're out, they're yours.
Only Guaranteed extract replaces items you lose before extracting. Without it, extract as soon as you have them, or leave through a Raider Hatch, an exit that opens with a Raider Hatch Key.

Every workshop station levels up with a fixed list of items. A set here is everything for one step, like Gunsmith 1 → 2, so you can level the station the moment you're back from the raid.
Single parts
Short of one or two items? The single parts cover every upgrade item we don't sell elsewhere, from Bully Fragmenters to ARC Data Modules, and each one says which upgrade needs it. Basic and refined materials are on the Materials page.
Why buy upgrades instead of farming them
Upgrade items drop from specific ARC and turn up while scavenging, and the higher levels need parts from tougher enemies. Buying the set levels the station now, so you can craft better gear sooner.
Before you buy
How does an item I buy reach me?
Our operator adds you as a friend in game, joins your raid and drops your order. Pick it up and extract, and it's yours.
What if I die before I extract?
Anything you're carrying is lost, like any loot, unless your order has Guaranteed extract. That replaces whatever in your order you lose before you get out. Each product page shows whether it's included or an add-on.
Can I buy items on PS5 or Xbox?
Yes. ARC Raiders has crossplay across PC, PS5 and Xbox, so our operator can join your raid as long as crossplay is switched on in your settings.
How do you hand over a large order?
Over several raids. Our operator drops your items on the ground for you to pick up, and you extract with each batch until your whole order is with you.
Why is there a minimum order?
Every order is one hand-off in a raid, however small. The A$3.25 minimum keeps that worthwhile, and any mix of items on the page counts towards it.
What's in a workshop upgrade set?
Every item that station needs for that level, in the quantities listed on the row. Research Station levels also need your Outpost at the matching level.
