Terms of Service

getrankd.gg is operated by Beton Capital Pty Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website (the “Website”) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree to them, please don’t use the Website.

We sell in-game currency, items and boosting services for supported games. We are the seller of record for every order placed through the Website — orders are fulfilled by our own team, not by independent third-party sellers.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.
• You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order, including any in-game identifier or delivery details we need to fulfil it.

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are calculated server-side at the time of order — we don’t rely on prices sent by your browser.
• All orders are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any other currency the Website shows you before checkout, such as USD, is an estimated conversion for your convenience only and not the amount charged. Your payment provider may separately convert the AUD charge into your own currency at checkout, at a rate and fee we don’t set and don’t control.
• Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider on their own secure, hosted checkout page. You choose which payment method to use at checkout. We never see or store your full payment details.
• An order is only confirmed once payment has actually been captured — landing on a confirmation page by itself doesn’t guarantee an order was paid for or accepted.
• We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or an out-of-stock item), in which case we’ll refund any payment already taken.

Orders are fulfilled by hand by our team and partner suppliers. Timing depends on the game, order size and availability; we confirm a hand-off time with you after payment. If we’re unable to fulfil your order, we’ll notify you and refund you in full. If you haven’t heard from us within a reasonable time, contact us at admin@getrankd.gg or via Discord.

If we fail to deliver what you paid for, you’re entitled to a full refund. Once an order has been fulfilled, though, it can’t be taken back in-game, so we generally can’t reverse it or offer a refund, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (for example, if what was delivered doesn’t match what you ordered).

Nothing in this section limits any consumer guarantee that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches the terms of service of the game publisher whose currency, items or boosting you’re purchasing.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe or bypass the security of the Website.
• Use stolen payment methods or otherwise attempt to defraud us or our payment processor.
• Chargeback a payment for an order that was delivered as described, instead of contacting us first.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you’ve breached this section.

The games featured on the Website are the property of their respective publishers, who are not affiliated with and don’t endorse getrankd.gg. Purchasing in-game currency, items or boosting may carry risk under a given publisher’s own terms of service, including in rare cases account action by the publisher. That risk sits with you as the account holder, and we encourage you to review the relevant publisher’s terms before ordering.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Website is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time as the Website or our services change. The version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Website is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
