After checkout, join our Discord and open a Delivery ticket.
Accept the friend request our operator sends to the in-game account you entered.
Our operator meets you in a raid and drops the items.
Pick them up and extract. Once you're out, they're yours.

Only Guaranteed extract replaces items you lose before extracting. Without it, extract as soon as you have them, or leave through a Raider Hatch, an exit that opens with a Raider Hatch Key.

About Keys

What ARC Raiders keys open

Keys open locked rooms and doors across every map, from the Dam's Control Tower to the Riven Tides hotel rooms and the Stella Montis Archives. The Raider Hatch Key opens a Raider Hatch, a way out of a raid without reaching an extraction point. Each key opens its own door, so pick the map and room you're after.

Single use, so plan the run

A key is used up when it opens its door. It's also lost if you go down while carrying it, unless it's in your safe pocket. Buy the key for the run you have in mind.

Why buy keys instead of finding them

Keys turn up at random, and the rarer rooms can take many raids before the right key drops. Buying the exact key you need lets you plan a run around that room instead of waiting on luck.

Before you buy

How does an item I buy reach me?

Our operator adds you as a friend in game, joins your raid and drops your order. Pick it up and extract, and it's yours.

What if I die before I extract?

Anything you're carrying is lost, like any loot, unless your order has Guaranteed extract. That replaces whatever in your order you lose before you get out. Each product page shows whether it's included or an add-on.

Can I buy items on PS5 or Xbox?

Yes. ARC Raiders has crossplay across PC, PS5 and Xbox, so our operator can join your raid as long as crossplay is switched on in your settings.

How do you hand over a large order?

Over several raids. Our operator drops your items on the ground for you to pick up, and you extract with each batch until your whole order is with you.

Why is there a minimum order?

Every order is one hand-off in a raid, however small. The A$3.25 minimum keeps that worthwhile, and any mix of keys counts towards it.
