How fast is delivery?
Orders are fulfilled by hand, so timing depends on the game, the order size and availability. Once you've paid, open a Discord ticket and we'll lock in a hand-off time with you.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
If a supplier can't complete an order, we tell you and refund you in full to your original payment method. If an order you've paid for hasn't arrived, contact us at admin@getrankd.gg or on Discord and we'll either fulfil it or refund it. You won't need to chase us.
Is this safe to use?
Every order is fulfilled by hand by our team and partner suppliers, and backed by our delivery guarantee: if we can't deliver, you get a full refund.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card, PayPal and crypto are all supported at checkout. Each is paid on the provider's own page, so your card details never reach us.
Why doesn't the USD price match what I'm charged?
All orders are charged in AUD. Any other currency shown before checkout, like USD, is an estimate at today's exchange rate, not the amount you pay. The real AUD total is always shown again right before you do.
