Why it’s time, not loot
Squad Carry buys a stronger squad for the run, not loot. The extraction is yours and what you bring out lands in your stash; our pro is there to improve your odds of reaching it.
What the hours cover
After checkout, open a Delivery ticket on our Discord to agree a start time. The clock starts once you’re grouped up, not when you pay, and hours can be split across sessions.
- Included: The hours you booked, played together in your squad
- Included: Whatever loot you find along the way — same as solo play, kept by you
- Not included: A guaranteed result — kills and a successful extraction depend on how the session goes
Before you buy
Is Squad Carry against Arc Raiders' rules?
Yes, and we're upfront about it. Embark's enforcement policy for Arc Raiders explicitly prohibits account boosting, alongside account sharing, cheating, and exploit abuse, with penalties running from temporary suspensions to permanent, non-appealable hardware bans for serious cases. We still offer Squad Carry, but the risk sits with Embark's policy, not just ours.
Does a pro ever log into my account?
No. You stay on your own account for the whole session. One of our pros joins your raid party as a separate squadmate on their own account, so it's a teammate helping you play, not someone else playing for you.
What squad size does this cover?
Arc Raiders caps parties at three. Order Squad Carry as a duo (you plus one pro), or if you're already playing with a friend, we can fill the third slot as a trio.
What happens if my account gets flagged while working with you?
We keep sessions clean: no exploits, no cheats, no account access beyond you staying logged into your own account. That lowers the risk, but Squad Carry is still boosting under Embark's policy, so the risk from their side isn't zero. Worth knowing before you book.
How fast is delivery?
Orders are fulfilled by hand, so timing depends on the game, the order size and availability. Once you've paid, open a Discord ticket and we'll lock in a hand-off time with you.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
If a supplier can't complete an order, we tell you and refund you in full to your original payment method. If an order you've paid for hasn't arrived, contact us at admin@getrankd.gg or on Discord and we'll either fulfil it or refund it. You won't need to chase us.
Why doesn't the USD price match what I'm charged?
All orders are charged in AUD. Any other currency shown before checkout, like USD, is an estimate at today's exchange rate, not the amount you pay. The real AUD total is always shown again right before you do.
