Yes, but a new account can't receive a trade straight away. Nexon unlocks trading 24 hours after a character on the account reaches level 15. Order whenever you like, and agree a handover time in your Delivery ticket that falls after your account can trade.

Yes. Nexon's terms don't allow trading game currency for real money, and Classic World shares your Nexon account with MapleStory, so action on one covers both. We hand Mesos over through ordinary in-game trades, but the risk sits with the account holder.

If a supplier can't complete an order, we tell you and refund you in full to your original payment method. If an order you've paid for hasn't arrived, contact us at admin@getrankd.gg or on Discord and we'll either fulfil it or refund it. You won't need to chase us.

All orders are charged in AUD. Any other currency shown before checkout, like USD, is an estimate at today's exchange rate, not the amount you pay. The real AUD total is always shown again right before you do.
