Through an Auction House trade (the in-game Market): you list a material at our price and our trader buys it. The listing fee and sale tax, around 10% in total and set by NC, are at your expense, so you receive the amount ordered minus that cut.

Yes. Listing on the Auction House needs NC's paid Membership, and we deliver by buying your listing. If yours isn't active yet, we hold your order for 7 days; after that, or sooner if you ask, we refund it less payment processing fees.

The region and server you pick before you buy. Each server holds one faction, so Siel is Elyos and Israphel is Asmodian. Pick the server your character plays on.

Yes. NC's operation policy forbids trading in-game currency for real money, with game restrictions that grow from 7 to 30 to 90 days, and NC can take back what was gained. We deliver through ordinary Market listings, but the risk sits with the account holder.

Orders are fulfilled by hand, so timing depends on the game, the order size and availability. Once you've paid, open a Discord ticket and we'll lock in a hand-off time with you.

If a supplier can't complete an order, we tell you and refund you in full to your original payment method. If an order you've paid for hasn't arrived, contact us at admin@getrankd.gg or on Discord and we'll either fulfil it or refund it. You won't need to chase us.

All orders are charged in AUD. Any other currency shown before checkout, like USD, is an estimate at today's exchange rate, not the amount you pay. The real AUD total is always shown again right before you do.
