Alpha 4.10 went live on 26 August after a month in the public test universe. There was no wipe: Long Term Persistence was preserved, so aUEC, ships and items earned in 4.9 carried straight over. Ore and commodity containers were added to Long Term Persistence at the same time, so cargo picked up from here on persists into future builds as well.

The headline feature is instancing, making its debut in the persistent universe. Siege of Orison returns as a closed, instanced mission rather than an open-world event, and the patch also shipped the Kruger Stingray plus new weapons and armour.

For anyone holding aUEC, the pattern this year has been the useful thing: 4.9 on 15 July and 4.10 on 26 August both shipped without a reset. That is never guaranteed for the next patch until it is live, but it is two in a row. Current aUEC prices are on our aUEC page.
