Listing on the Exchange costs 20 Solari a day plus a cut of your asking price: 2% for the first day and 1% for each day after, for however many days you list. Those are Funcom's own figures, and they're why a short listing at a sharp price beats a long one.

The Exchange lives in the CHOAM Exchange in Arrakeen and Harko Village, and it's shared by every Sietch on your World. Fees and limits below are from Funcom's help centre and patch notes, checked 9 October.

What a listing actually costs

3 days4,06040,060
7 days8,14080,140
14 days15,280150,280

A week-long listing costs about 8% of your asking price, and two weeks about 15%. That's the whole case for pricing to sell fast: pick the shortest duration that will move the item, and price it so it does.

Selling, step by step

  1. Bank the fee first: the fee comes out of Solari banked with the Exchange. The teller at the front desk takes deposits.
  2. Bring the item with you: listings are made in person, from your inventory. Since patch 1.1.10 your ornithopter's inventory counts too.
  3. Search it by name: name search arrived in August 2025, so check what the same item is listed for before you set a price.
  4. Price it, then pick the duration: a little under the cheapest live listing, not a lot, and the shortest duration you think will sell it. The fee shows under the duration before you confirm.
  5. Check My Orders: it shows each listing's status. Clear finished offers out, because expired, cancelled and sold ones still count toward your limit of 20.

Buying, step by step

  1. Search by name or browse: Chapter 3 added a filter by grade, and patch 1.5 added a grade selector for weapon schematics.
  2. Buy, then claim: purchases wait in the My Orders tab at either hub's terminals. Select them and press Claim.
  3. Claim within 30 days: completed offers you never claim expire after that.

What you can and can't sell

  • Almost everything: Funcom lets you list items of every tier, uniques included.
  • Not quite everything: Chapter 3 hid items that can't be listed, the Worm Tooth among them, so you won't find them in the sell list.
  • Not across Worlds: each World has its own Exchange, and console Worlds are separate from PC until cross-play arrives.

We deliver Solari on every PC World by in-game trade, face to face at a hub or through an Exchange buy-out. For a buy-out you list a cheap item at the price we give you and our trader buys it, You front the listing fee from Solari banked at the Exchange, about 2% of the order for a one-day listing, and the price we give you pays it back, so you end up with the full amount. A face-to-face handover has no fee.
